What We Do
Every day children unknowingly set up barriers that impede their performance. Is your child one of these children? At the Institute of Wellness and Learning (IWL), your child will learn the character traits, attitude, thoughts and behavioral habits to be an effective person and will learn to apply these strategies to their life.
We provide leadership training, personal effectiveness coaching and training, psychological counseling and wellness services; parenting skills, academic and educational skills training and coaching:
to children and adolescents (ages 0-12)
to teenagers and college students.
to those wishing to improve their performance or for those having difficulty in school, athletics and in life.
to schools, organizations, clubs
to parents and families
in individual, group, sibling, couples and family session formats
privately, confidentially, one on one consultative sessions, and
seminars to ensure optimum learning and effectiveness.
Counseling and wellness services include but are not limited to those having learning disabilities, poor attention, anxiety, depression or adjustment issues, low self esteem, lack of motivation, peer/relationship issues, peer pressure, poor time management skills, below average grades or test anxiety.
Each session is tailored to the individual, family or group needs.
